JOB FRESHNESS

Job Freshness Policy

Job availability changes quickly.

A position published today may be updated, filled or removed shortly afterward.

JobsByCountry uses freshness and expiry controls to help users discover relevant opportunities while reducing outdated listings.

How We Maintain Listings

Our platform processes job information from integrated employer recruitment systems.

These processes help identify new opportunities, maintain existing records and manage vacancies that may no longer be available.

The availability and completeness of updates depend partly on the original source.

Job Publication Dates

When date information is available, JobsByCountry uses it as part of the processing and management of job records.

Dates supplied by different recruitment systems may represent different events, such as initial publication or subsequent updates.

A recently updated listing does not necessarily represent a newly created position.

Expired and Closed Positions

JobsByCountry uses expiry and removal controls to reduce outdated opportunities.

However, changes made by employers may not be reflected immediately on our platform.

A job may become unavailable between the time its information is processed and the moment a user attempts to apply.

The Official Source Takes Priority

The original employer application page is the most relevant destination for confirming whether applications remain open.

If the employer has closed or removed the position, the vacancy should be considered unavailable even if it is still displayed on JobsByCountry.

Report an Outdated Job

We welcome reports of closed, inaccurate or unavailable vacancies.

Please include the JobsByCountry listing URL and a brief description of the issue when contacting us.

Your report can help us investigate and improve our job data.
