Terms of Use

These terms apply to everyone who uses JobsByCountry. Please read them before relying on anything you find here.

Last updated: 13 September 2026

1. What JobsByCountry is

JobsByCountry is a job discovery and aggregation platform. It collects, organises and presents information about job opportunities so that they can be found by country, location, company and category. JobsByCountry is not an employer, a recruitment agency or an employment intermediary for the roles it lists.

2. Where listings come from

Listings may be provided by employers directly, received from applicant tracking systems and other platforms through supported integrations, or collected from approved and publicly available job sources. Each listing carries a reference to its source, and the job page links back to the original posting.

3. No guarantee of employment

Using this site does not guarantee an interview, an application outcome or employment of any kind. Hiring decisions are made entirely by the employer.

4. Listing accuracy and change at the source

Job details, including title, description, location, compensation, employment type and application status, are controlled by the employer or the source system and can change or be withdrawn at any time, including after we have imported them. We monitor listings and remove or update roles that are no longer active, but there can be a delay between a change at the source and a change here.

5. Verify before you apply

You are responsible for verifying the details of a role with the employer or the original posting before applying, and for judging whether an offer or a request for information is legitimate. Never send payment, identity documents or financial details in response to a job listing without independently confirming who is asking and why.

6. External application systems

Applying usually means continuing to the employer's own application system or their applicant tracking provider. Those systems are operated by third parties and have their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of them and the information you submit there.

7. Prohibited use

You may not: scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content from this site except as permitted by our robots file; republish or resell listings or datasets taken from this site; interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure; submit false, misleading or fraudulent listings or enquiries; use the site to post or solicit anything unlawful, discriminatory or deceptive; or misrepresent your identity or your relationship with a company.

8. Intellectual property

The JobsByCountry name, logo, site design, page structure and original text are ours and may not be used without permission. Job listings, company names, logos and trademarks that appear on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for identification and discovery purposes. Referring to a platform or company by name does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

9. Service availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including specific pages, sources or features, and we may perform maintenance without prior notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JobsByCountry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on listing information, or from your dealings with any employer, application system or third-party source found through the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Listing removal and correction requests

If you are an employer, a source platform or an affected party and you believe a listing is inaccurate, expired, duplicated, wrongly attributed or should not appear, contact us through the contact form using the topic “Job Listing Issue” and include the job URL. We act on valid removal and correction requests and, where a source asks us to stop ingesting their content, we stop.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms will be updated as the service develops, including when the operating entity is registered, at which point the governing law and jurisdiction will be stated here. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
