JobsByCountry is a global job discovery platform designed to make international job search simpler by organising fresh opportunities by country, location, company and category.
Why we built it
Looking for work in another country is mostly a navigation problem. Openings are scattered across company career sites, applicant tracking systems and national job boards, each with its own structure, language and search behaviour. Someone who wants to know what is genuinely open in Ireland this week, in their field, has to visit a dozen different places to find out.
JobsByCountry starts from the country instead of the keyword. Opportunities are collected, normalised into a consistent structure, and organised so that country, city, company and category are first-class ways to browse, not filters buried behind a search box.
Where our listings come from
Listings on JobsByCountry come from company career systems and from approved or publicly available job sources. Each listing keeps a reference back to where it originated, and the job page links to the original posting.
We are actively building direct, authorised integrations with applicant tracking systems so that job data arrives through supported APIs, stays synchronised through its lifecycle, and is removed when the role closes. Our approach to those integrations is described on the partners page.

Where we are today
JobsByCountry is in its launch phase. The platform, the ingestion pipeline and the job pages are live and working with real listings, and coverage is expanding as new authorised sources and integrations are added.
We would rather say that plainly than publish numbers we cannot stand behind. You will not find claims about millions of jobs, thousands of trusting companies or official partnerships on this site, because those would not be true today.
Our goal is straightforward. Connect candidates with employers across borders, through accurate listings that respect where they came from.
