Job Description 1. Lessons Learned & Continuous Improvement

• Create and coordinate Lessons Learned in logistics, and edit cases from other plants
• Monitor and evaluate logistics quality reports; track and coordinate KPIs (including 100% IQIS QC/QI closure and 100% MMOG update on time)
• Support creation of logistics standards and department procedures
• 2. Complaint & Claim Management
• Manage customer logistics complaints, including timely processing, recording and reporting
• Manage complaints and claims against suppliers and logistics service providers (LSP), perform on-site problem solving activities
• 4. Audit Coordination
• Coordinate customer logistics audits (onsite and online)
• Coordinate and prepare internal/external system and process audits in logistics, in collaboration with QMM (Lead)
• 5. Cross-Department Collaboration
• Collaborate with other departments. Coordinate logistics quality management, on-site support, and expert support on quality topics with GB/LOQ

Qualifications

• Min 5 years quality experience in a manufacturing company.
• Be family with quality tools, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and APQP.
• QS-9000/ISO-TS-16949 experience, Control plan, problem solving.
• Better communication skills with English.
• Be family with molding or welding process would be better.
