Logistics Quality Engineer_GS

Job Description Responsible of planning and implementation of department’s quality policy. Responsible for establishing, implementing and improving the department’s quality management system. Establish and maintain FMEA of GS/OSD3-APAC12. Establish and maintain LPC guideline and plan of GS/OSD3-APAC12. Monitor and improve department Quality KPI. Handle customer complaint analysis and improvement. Coordinate internal / external quality system audit. Push LSPs to carry out Risk & Quality management and LSP development project Push LSPs to carry out CIP Manage KPI target of LSPs  and analysis and improve KPI failure Provide Q training and support for official customer complaint Prepare and report GS/OSD3 TMC Performance Report Urgent Q topic follow up, e.g: 14Q introduction in TMC, quick investigation of damage
