Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- UC Data Analytics Engineer is responsible for developing and supporting Splunk and Azure based analytical report.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Splunk-based monitoring, data pipelines, dashboards, and service-quality analytics.
- Build and optimize ETL/data pipelines using Splunk and Azure services such as Logic Apps and Log Analytics.
- Develop and maintain required Function App services in Azure
- Integrate and automate data collection from multiple sources for real-time monitoring, reporting, and KPI analysis.
- Proactively identify service issues, trends, and anomalies and drive preventive and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Analysts, Business Analysts and engineering teams to improve monitoring, reporting, and service quality.
- Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge articles while ensuring security and compliance.
- Drive operational efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Educational qualification
- BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
Experience
5+ years of experience in Teams/UC operations and enterprise support, with hands-on Splunk experience.
Mandatory/requires Skills
- Hands-on expertise in Splunk, including data ingestion, queries, dashboards, and monitoring.
- Experience in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Log Analytics
- Experience in .NET, C# programming skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
